Sutton United play their final home match of the season this Saturday as they take on Chester FC with Paul Doswell's men eyeing a finish in the top half of the National League table.

The Easter weekend's haul of four points left Sutton in fifteenth, just four points behind Bromley in tenth, and strong performances in the final two games could see them finish twelfth or higher. They are now unbeaten in three games, although have won only two of their last twelve.

Chester inflicted Sutton's biggest away defeat in the league last August, going 2-0 up inside ten minutes and adding two more goals (one a penalty) in the final ten. But their recent form has been unimpressive; they have lost eight of their last ten games, including all of the last four, although that run did include 1-0 away wins at Bromley and Torquay. They currently stand one place and two points below Sutton.

The Sutton management team will check on the fitness of defenders Simon Downer (appendix), Kevin Amankwaah (knee) and Ben Jefford (sickness). Striker Pape Gueye may still be sidelined with a hamstring injury while winger Roarie Deacon injured his ankle during Monday's 2-2 draw at Dagenham.

Chester will be missing striker Kane Richards (one of the scorers in August's game) as he is suspended.
